Top Kia Sorento features you won't see on the competitors

637 × 470?

?The 2019 Kia Sorento is hands-down our most popular model. The three-row crossover is a hit with families who want a vehicle that is still easy to maneuver, but also has a third-row for those occasional carpooling needs. The Sorento has some tough segment competition, but today we're going to show off top features that the Sorento has that its competitors don't.

The Kia Sorento vs the Toyota Highlander

The Kia Sorento comes standard with a touchscreen. You can use the UVO™ infotainment system or choose either Apple CarPlay™ or Android Auto™, depending on your compatible smartphone. The Highlander also has a touchscreen on each trim, but they have not partnered with either of these smartphone companies, so you'll have to use their Entune™ system exclusively.

The Kia Sorento vs the Ford Explorer

Get the top Kia Sorento trim and you'll find a standard Surround View camera that gives a bird's eye view of the vehicle to make parking easier. The Explorer comes close with its 180-degree front camera, but the Sorento's option provides more visibility.

The Kia Sorento vs the Honda Pilot

Like the Sorento, the Pilot offers drivers many advanced safety technologies. That said, the Sorento still takes the cake with the Driver Attention Warning system. It can sense if the driver's attention has significantly decreased and sends out an alert so they can safely pull over or get to the next rest stop. The Pilot doesn't offer anything like this.

The Kia Sorento vs the Hyundai Santa Fe

Both the Sorento and Santa Fe have the option of YES Essentials® stain-resistant cloth seats and leather seats. However, the Sorento takes it up a notch by offering premium Nappa leather on the top two trims!
