2020 Kia Optima New Features

An all-new S trim highlights the additions to the 2020 Kia Optima. It is a step up from the base-level LX trim and includes nearly all the features from the Premium package, which is satellite radio, leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control. The cloth seats include leather inserts for an upscale feel. The Wi-Fi hotspot keeps you connected while on the road from Swansea to Plymouth.

The Kia Optima Hybrid and Plug-in hybrid have added adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. LED fog lights and customizable ambient lighting have also been added to these two trims.

Powertrain

The gas-powered 2020 Kia Optima comes with an energetic 2.4-liter four-cylinder. It churns out 185-horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque, while paired with a reliable six-speed automatic transmission. The higher-trim Kia Forte EX comes with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic with its 178-horsepower four-cylinder.
